DCV POVERTY
ALLEVIATION PROGRAM
THROUGH GLOBAL LOVE OFFERINGS An Alternative Solution to the Problems of Poverty,
Crime and Global Warming
The MCV
Foundation has harnessed a very simple yet very unique and probably the
only global technique of its kind in the world being utilized today to
fight poverty and its implications, as well as the problem of climate
change. It is called the DCV POVERTY
ALLEVIATION PROGRAM THROUGH GLOBAL LOVE OFFERINGS or the DCV
Poverty Alleviation Program or simply the DCV Program.
Internationally copyrighted by the author/owner EVP Dante C. Valencia and
the MCV Foundation, the DCV Poverty Alleviation Program was created on
August 8, 2002 and registered on August 12, 2002 in the city of Manila,
Philippines bearing Registration No. A 2002-1678. It is now being utilized
as the Foundation's primary tool for sourcing its funding for charities,
humanitarian and welfare works, as well as it is being offered as an
alternative option in the fight against poverty, corruption, crime, bad
governance and environmental destruction. As crime, poverty and
environmental degradation continue to
thrive in the world with the adoption of modern technology and
sophisticated networking, prevention strategies and solutions must
likewise depend on advance and innovative ways for the control and eradication of these world menace. Thus,
the DCV Poverty Alleviation Program was designed and created as one
such way.
To help in alleviating poverty and
prevent crimes,
the MCV Foundation, which will depend on voluntary donations, has opened
alternative opportunities for its valued donors (open to all
nationalities and all ages), who will become automatic participants of the
program of the Foundation after donating, in order that they
themselves shall be liberated from the bondage of poverty and lack of
resources. Through the DCV Program, each donor shall pass a process by
which he shall be educated to fight poverty, corruption, crime, bad
governance and environmental destruction as well as learn some aspects
about financial literacy. There are three stages of the DCV Program: the
Preparatory Stage (PS), the Initial Stage (IS) and the Final Stage (FS). Depending on the program stage the valued donor
will choose to enter and the donation to that stage (more on this below)
along with the information about the donor in the Information Sheet
provided and other required documents, after donating, the donor will be
issued a permanent identification number and ID card as participant to the
program of the Foundation. In addition, after the inclusion of the donor's
name to the computerized list of valued donors worldwide, the
donor/participant in due time will receive a
Pay Order
Form which the donor/participant will need later (along with the
ID card) to
claim "Participating Shares" from the chosen program/
stage.
Every donor shall be given a Control Number Slot
(CNS) in the DCV Program's Master
Computer Listing, following the rule of "First Come, First
Serve" basis in each stage of the program. This means that the donor
is given his own defined territory in the DCV Program. Separate CNS will
be issued per stage participated as discussed and shown below :
A donor may opt to enter the
Preparatory Stage or the Initial Stage anytime or even enter
both at the same time. However, if a donor can only
afford to donate a small amount he/she may enter the DCV Program in the
Preparatory Stage first. No one can proceed to the Final Stage
without first graduating from the Initial Stage. In the Preparatory and
Initial Stages, only one CNS may be availed of at a time per
cycle by a donor. In the Final Stage, a donor can have two CNS at a time
per cycle. After graduating from any of the stages, the cycle is
completed and if the required compliance is met, the donor can get the
"Participating Shares". It follows that after taking the
"Participating Shares," the corresponding CNS and Pay order Form for that
cycle and stage will then be closed.
The donor/participant may
repeat the process and the donor/participant is always free to donate
again some amount, now coming from "Participating Shares" and not from
his/her pocket anymore and re-enter the DCV Program/Stages with a new CNS
and Pay Order Form to receive more "Participating Shares". This is a
repetitious cycle. It does not collapse and donors will not be saturated,
in fact, donors/participants to the program will multiply exponentially as
they will receive more graces again and again. This is now what we
call the reality of a biblical phrase " The more you give, the more you
receive".
Thus, from this process, the
donor/participant is actually the first to be lifted out from poverty as
the donor is provided with an income generating activity as long as he/she
wants not from hard work but from the love and concern of other people
scattered all over the country and the world. If millions will
participate to the DCV Program then millions will be lifted from
poverty, as well as there will be millions of trees planted as compliance
thereof of the participants without any single centavo spent by any
government. With millions helping and donating to the Foundation, its
common projects and objectives, its mission and vision will now be
attained as programmed. Hence, the DCV Program is an effective alternative
solution to the problem of poverty as well as in reducing crimes and
other poverty related problems.
Usually when a
donor/participant donates to a charitable institution, to a church or
to a foundation, he/she does not expect any return anymore. If somebody
gives offerings or is tithing to the church, this is sharing one's wealth
and is intended to the needy. The faithful donors/sharers will just pray
for their own intentions to God. Answered or unanswered prayer, this is
out of the question. This is now faith in action and is the actual
application/practice of the biblical phrase, "Whatsoever you do to the
least of my brothers, you do unto me". Sometimes many are
called to help but few choose to help because what they want is the
reality of what they wish for in return and the reality of what
their offerings or donations can do to others.
The DCV Program takes this
concept to a new meaning. It gives the reality that when you help, you are
actually more helped. When you help, when you donate, it does not stop
there as what is happening now in the usual way with charitable
institutions and other foundations or even religious institutions. The
humanitarian act of valued donors must be recognized and be counted
and he/she in return must receive grace from heaven through the love and
sharing of others. But how can it be shown?
In the program it can be
shown, using computerized technique and a network program, that you are a
chosen one with CNS to a program/stage and ready in due time to receive
graces from GOD. The grace is in the form of money. Money shared
voluntarily out of love and not from criminal deeds and illegal
activities. What is amazing is, you will not be working hard for this
money. No selling, no business, no investment, no capital, no quota and no
boss. Just share and comply, show your concern and love for others and for
mother-nature, the rest will be done by the program. The most exciting
part is, GOD through the program will show that money is the one working
hard for the donor/participant!
NOTE: UNLIKE MANY OF THE BUSINESS PYRAMIDING SCHEMES AND
MLM OPERATIONS OUT THERE, THAT PROMISE UNREALISTIC DOWNLINES WHICH
SUPPOSEDLY GO ON FOREVER AND OFFER INFINITE INCOMES, THE DCV PROGRAM HAS
REALISTIC CUT-OFF POINTS WHEN A CYCLE OF A STAGE IS COMPLETED. HOWEVER, A
DONOR/PARTICIPANT IN THE DCV PROGRAM MAY CONTINUE TO DONATE AND RECEIVE
PARTICIPATING SHARES BY RE-ENTERING THE STAGES OVER AND OVER AGAIN ONCE
THE PREVIOUS CYCLE IS COMPLETED. THE DCV PROGRAM WAS CONCEPTUALIZED WITH
CONSIDERATION OF THE DEFECTS OF EXISTING BUSINESS PYRAMID AND MLM SCHEMES
AND SOLVES THE WEAKNESSES INHERENT TO THOSE PROGRAMS (WHETHER AUTHENTIC OR
NOT). MOREOVER, WHILE MLMS ARE MOSTLY IN BUSINESS FOR PROFIT AND GAIN, THE
DCV PROGRAM WAS CREATED AS A MEANS FOR THE ALLEVIATION OF
POVERTY.
The mechanics of
participating in the stages are as follows:

-
PREPARATORY STAGE - Also
known as the "POWERLUWAGAN sa DCV PROGRAM" (a supercharged
version of the popular Philippine "Paluwagan" practice).
Requirement/Compliance: Donation of P150 or P300 pesos (Philippine
currency), photocopy ("Xerox" copy) of bank receipt if payment was
deposited in an account of the MCV Foundation-DCV Program at designated
banks, submission of fully filled-out and detailed personal Information
Sheet (a copy is downloadable in the Join Us page) and other
requirements. Donor must invite/introduce at least three (3) donors to
the particular program stage who will become his/her "Personal Valued
Donors" and in turn, each will likewise invite three (3) donors and
subsequently followed by participating donors coming from different
places and so on and so forth. These participating donors will form
the donor's "subsequent valued donors" and from them each instant
valued donor will receive part of the pooled donations called
"Participating Shares" until the sixth level totaling 1,092
Valued Donors which is the cut-off of his/her own Personal Donor
Structure.
Under the Preparatory Stage,
the donor would receive the following Participating Shares with the
Total Shares finally amounting to P11,040.00 pesos. An additional
income opportunity for the donor aside from the "Participating Shares"
is to continuously invite participants beyond the three (3) Personal
Valued Donors compliance. Every additional Personal Valued Donor after
compliance will entitle the donor at P25/P50 for a donation of P150/P300
respectively. This additional income can be collected right away
upon remittance of the donation of the new donor, while the donor can
collect the "Participating Shares" per level within the duration of the
particular stage as indicated below in Table 1: Click the image to view
the enlarged table (allow pop-up windows).

Although the Preparatory Stage
was really intended to be the means for individuals who could not afford
to enter the Initial Stage to donate/participate, upon their graduation
from Preparatory Stage, they will have more than sufficient funds to enter
into the Initial Stage. However, for those entering the Initial Stage
first, it is recommended that they also get into the Preparatory Stage as
their Valued Donors may be more interested to begin in the Preparatory
Stage first before the Initial Stage.
Note: The Preparatory Stage was mainly intended for
donors/participants within the Philippines, the Initial and Final Stages
on the other hand, are open to donors/participants all over the world.
However, donors/participants outside the Philippines may join in the
Preparatory Stage if they wish to.
In filling out the Donor's Information Sheet, you
must be sure to write the name of the Upline/Leader/Enhancer in the box
below your signature.
This is the person who introduced you
to the DCV Program. You may also ask your Upline/Leader/Enhancer for guidance and assistance in the procedure.
However, if no one introduced you to the program (you may have found out
on your own through the Foundation website at
www.dcvprogram.org or other means), just
write "DCV Program" in the
box.
Moreover,
when you invite your required first three donors/participants, personally
or by informing them about this program, when they fill up the Information
Sheet to participate in the program, be sure that they will write your
name as their Upline/Leader/Enhancer.
-
INITIAL STAGE -
This is similar in mechanics and
documentary requirements to that of the Preparatory Stage. However,
required voluntary donation is P1,500 or P3,000 pesos (Philippine
currency) or $30 to $60 U.S. dollars. The donor has to comply
the requirement of inviting Three Personal Valued Donors for this
stage and he/she (as well as each of his Valued Donors) must plant 3
trees which will be monitored by the Foundation as part of its
environmental program. If they cannot plant the 3 trees themselves, they
can let others do it for them for a fee or the Foundation may do it for
them at their expense (to be deducted from their Participating Shares).
Subsequent valued donors are cut off at the sixth level with 1,092
Valued Donors just as in the Preparatory Stage. Just like in the
Preparatory Stage, an additional income opportunity is open for every
donor at the Initial Stage by continuous and unlimited invitation of
Personal Valued Donors beyond the three (3) compliance. For every
Personal Valued Donor beyond the (3) Personal Valued Donors compliance
that will donate P1500/P3000, the donor will be entitled to
an additional income of P250/P500 respectively. This can be
collected right away upon remittance of donation of the new donor.
While the Total Participating
Shares in the Preparatory Stage is equal to P11,040.00 pesos, the Total
Participating Shares in the Initial Stage is ten times that, at
P110,400.00 pesos or its dollar equivalent fixed at PHP 50 : 1
U.S. $, as indicated below in Table 2: Click the image to view
the enlarged table (allow pop-up windows).

"Personal Cone Diagram" (top view) showing the generation of Valued Donors
of any nationality and at any age that can come from any place in the
world.
FINAL STAGE - Similar document requirements as with the
previous stages. However, nobody can get a CNS at this stage without
first graduating from the Initial Stage. Required donation is P5,000
pesos (Philippine currency) and the donor is required to plant 3
trees per slot acquired (two slots in the Final Stage is allowed).
Unlike in the other stages, the donor at this stage does not have to
personally invite 3 Personal Valued Donors anymore as his/her
Valued Donors will be entered or filled up by the system on a first in -
first positioning basis in our computer program. Also, the cut-off is at
the eighth level rather than at the sixth level with a total Subsequent
Valued Donors of 9,840 and Total Participating Shares at P
985,200.00 pesos or its dollar equivalent fixed at PHP 50 : 1
U.S. $, as indicated below in Table 3: Click the image to view the
enlarged table (allow pop-up windows).

Table 3: Click to enlarge in new window
In addition to the
participating shares from donations, those who donate to the
Initial
Stage will also have the chance to be uplifted from their
present condition by securing an optional package insurance
covering life, accidental, hospital cash benefit and savings using a
portion of their accumulated participating shares from the DCV Program
elucidated further as follows:
-
REVOLUTIONIZED LIFE INSURANCE - is a life
insurance coverage open for Initial Stage Filipino donors who are
between 18 to 54 years of age, living within the Philippines or
living/working overseas, willing to continue payment of premiums and are
qualified according to the requirements set by the insurance company
selected by the Foundation. The coverage will be for 20 years starting
upon receipt of policy. The minimum amount of life insurance is about
P110,000.00 pesos or $2,200.00 U.S. dollars and the premium to be paid
monthly depending on the age of the donor/insured. The premiums shall be
paid for ten (10) years but insurance coverage is extended to 20 years.
What is unique in this revolutionized life insurance is that, the valued
donor/insured may have the opportunity to pay in advance the total
premium payments for ten years, the amount coming from his shared
donations or deductible from what he will receive from the DCV POVERTY
ALLEVIATION PROGRAM THROUGH GLOBAL LOVE OFFERINGS. Further, the donor
will get back his total donations, have some surplus money at hand and
yet he/she had shared and helped others through the Foundation.
Moreover, since the program is not to be exhausted, his/her being a
valued donor assures him of continuous sustenance for living above the
poverty level. Thus, the bottom line and reality is that, the valued
donor had secured for himself/herself a life insurance and
hospitalization cash benefits (see below) for FREE because others have
secured it for him through their love offerings and lifted himself
from poverty. The donor/insured may, however, choose to pay it in
installment as programmed.
The life insurance primarily covers
death due to illness or by natural means and it increases by about 10%
every year up to the 10th year which will then be doubled to P220,000.00
pesos or $4,400.00 U.S. dollars and extended up to the 20th year.. If
death occurs due to accident, the amount to be derived is doubled that
of the death caused by illness or natural death. For example, the
valued donor/insured dies due to an accident on the 5th year of
coverage, the beneficiary will receive 2 x P150,000.00 pesos =
P300,000.00 pesos or on the 11th to the 20th year, will receive
P400,000.00 pesos or $8,000.00 U.S. dollars. In short, any death
occurring within the duration that the valued donor/insured is covered
while enjoying life and deriving benefits from the DCV Poverty
Alleviation Program, renders the amount covered in the policy claimable
and will assure the donor's beneficiary of the amount he is entitled
thereto even premium payments have not been completed yet without
affecting his share from the donations. In such a case, even his shares
in the DCV Poverty Alleviation Program shall be paid to his legal
beneficiaries. All payments, however, shall be in Philippine currency
and shall be based on the rate of P50 pesos to one U.S. dollar. The
program, therefore, is risk free and there is guarantee to collect as
the valued donor/insured is in possession of the policy.
-
HOSPITAL CASH BENEFITS (Due to illness or
injury) - pays the valued donor covered for P110,000.00 pesos, life
insurance, hospitalization cash benefits of P300 pesos per day up to a
maximum of P300,000.00 pesos for a maximum confinement of 1,000 days
within the 20 years coverage payable in cash directly to him from the
first day of hospitalization in addition to any insurance
benefits.
-
HOSPITAL CASH
BENEFITS (Due to dreaded disease such as cancer, leukemia,
cirrhosis and others covered in the policy) - pays the valued donor
covered for P110,000.00 pesos life insurance, hospitalization cash
benefits of P600 per day up to a maximum of P600,000.00 pesos or
$12,000.00 U.S. dollars for a maximum confinement of 1,000 days within
the 20 years coverage payable in cash directly to him from the first day
of hospitalization in addition to any other insurance
benefits.
-
OTHERS:
-
If the valued donor/insured
as above is confined for more than 30 days for every hospitalization,
he/she is entitled to an additional P3,000 pesos or $60 U.S.
dollars.
-
If the valued donor/insured
as above had undergone surgical operation for every hospitalization,
he/she is entitled to an additional additional P3,000 pesos or $60 U.S.
dollars.
-
If premium due falls during
confinement, the insurance company will pay for the premium.
-
As anti-inflation benefit,
hospital cash benefits are increased by 10% each year up to
50%.
-
If no claims have been made
during the full 20 years of continuous coverage for being in perfect
health, a reward cash bonus of more than double the premium paid shall
be given by the insurance company to the insured.
-
Premiums are payable for 10
years but full coverage is for 20 years.
-
No medical examination,
however, no cash benefit for insured who has been under treatment,
medication or have consulted a physician 12 months before effectivity
until free from medication, treatment or have not consulted a physician
for 12 consecutive months thereafter.
-
Since life insurance and cash
benefits presented are for minimum coverage only, valued donors/insured
may elect to choose higher values and be required to pay for premium
higher than the minimum.
