MCVFACPI: Morjil C.
Valencia Foundation Against Crimes and Poverty, Inc.
Established
in January 4, 2001 as a non-profit, non-stock private (non-government)
organization registered with the Philippine Securities and Exchange
Commission under SEC Registration Number A200117774, the MCV Foundation
has its Main Office at the Ground Floor, Kristina Manor Condominium, #20
Champaca Street, Roxas District, Quezon City, Philippines. Please click here for a vicinity
map of the area.
The MCV Foundation is presently
managed by its Executive Vice President/ Executive Director Engr. Dante C. Valencia and
a Board of Trustees who meet on
a regular basis to determine courses and actions which the Foundation
will implement. Click here

The Foundation was named after the late Barangay (Barangay: a city or
municipal sub-sector) Captain Morjil C. Valencia. He was the Barangay
Captain of Andres Bonifacio, Diffun, Province of Quirino,
Philippines and at the same time, he was the President of the Municipal
Association of Barangay Captains in their town. Although Morjil met an
untimely and gory death in the line of duty, his family established the
MCV Foundation in his name as a lasting legacy so that his passing would
not have been in vain.
Founded initially on the idea that poverty
alleviation is the key to eradicating crime in society, the MCV
Foundation seeks to implement plans to empower the citizenry,
particularly those living at or below the poverty level, with the means
to raise themselves up from their condition and in the process produce
conditions where crime and corruption would not or could not thrive. The
Foundation has lined up plans and projects which it hopes to implement within the next ten
years and beyond.
The Mission of the
MCV Foundation:
The MISSION of the MCV Foundation is
to achieve its objectives using unorthodox but basic alternative
solutions within the decade in accordance with existing laws.
The primary goals of the MCV Foundation are: the alleviation of poverty,
help unite the people, promote peace and good governance, help in the
eradication of graft and corruption and other crimes, as well as
plans to undertake specific measures to help restore and preserve the
environment for the enjoyment of future generations. Further, the MCV
Foundation wants to manifest, that if there is a way to be rich, then
why be poor? This organization also suggests, if there is a way to
unite and preserve peace and order, then why tolerate the coup attempts,
the insurgents and the Mindanao problem? And why should there be hatred
and terrorism? If the author of a program can offer an alternative
proposal, that instead of being a drug pusher or a drug addict to earn a
living and relax the body, an individual can actually be a valued donor
or be a good messenger of love and hope and satisfy physical needs, then
that program is better and should be supported to eliminate the world
menace of poverty, crime and environmental degradation. If you gamble and waste time and money for
the sake of money, then the MCV Foundation offers its program where you
voluntary donate or share your money to help others but in return you
also earn more money without wasting much of your time. If you want to
go into a business where you invest, sell products or produce big
capital to earn money, why can't you join and participate in the MCV
Foundation's program where you are not in business, you don't sell
products, no big capital needed but a big income is waiting for you, yet
you are helping. REALITY, THEREFORE, OF THE ABOVE IS OUR MISSION.
In order to source the necessary
funds to carry out its plans and mission, the MCV Foundation uses both traditional
and unorthodox means of fund-raising. In the traditional form, the
Foundation relies on good-hearted donations from generous individuals
and entities as well as from public fundraisers and other possible
sources. However, due to the urgency and magnitude of the need, the MCV
Foundation has harnessed a unique and internationally copyrighted
system/program -with the consent of its author- to raise the much-needed
funds from valued donors all over the country and the world who will
actually be the first to be benefited when they participate in it. The
"DCV POVERTY ALLEVIATION PROGRAM THROUGH GLOBAL LOVE OFFERINGS" also
known as the DCV PROGRAM, developed by the Foundation's Executive
Vice-President/ Executive Director Dante C. Valencia (hence, the
initials DCV) makes it possible for program donors/participants to share
in the benefits and will over a period of time, actually receive back
more than he/she has given. The system, therefore, produces a win-win
solution as funds will be generated to finance the Foundation's projects
and the donors/participants also benefit financially.
